We're Lighting Up A Church

He's been known to test the limits - with art, music videos, film, commercials - and David Foote's next exhibition promises to be no exception.

This time we are proudly helping this bold talent light up St. John's Lutheran Church for his Madonna and Child series. It's going to be spectacular.

The art is one of a kind. A labor of love, of madness, of imagination, of a vision hearkening back to a Vermeer, or even a Giotto. . . and yet even the Moma would be hard pressed to define this exhibition or have it fit in with a pre-existing genre. That's because it doesn't. It's art history crashing into the future and light burns from the canvas and the brushstrokes crackle.

We're more than happy to illuminate quietly from the sidelines.

The exhibition will be on display from October 27th through November 27th at St. John's Lutheran Church, curated by KiptonART with lighting provided by yours truly at Suffolk Designer Lighting. If you have to own a piece now (once they're gone, they're gone) you can contact the artist's studio.
